Research and Education

Extremely close ties are maintained between research and education at AgroParisTech. While the research carried out by AgroParisTech researchers strongly contributes to the education provided—the course offering, and in particular the Research and Me program (link to page)—also makes it possible for students to gain better knowledge of the research sector and prepare for a career as a researcher. AgroParisTech is a Ph.D.-granting institution that educates doctoral students through a research-based education, with a focus on acquiring and developing interdisciplinary skills, encouraging students to spend time abroad, and preparing Ph.D. students for their careers after graduate school.
