International students looking to earn a degree from AgroParisTech have different options.
For master’s programs, Ph.D.’s, and continuing education (including Specialized Master’s Degrees), they must follow the same procedures as other students, which depend on their chosen program.
A specific procedure applies to international students seeking entry to the engineering curriculum.
Specific Admissions Procedure – Engineering Program
To enter the first year of the engineering program, students must take a common competitive entrance exam which requires having completed one’s studies in France.
A specific procedure, the DE competitive entrance exam, gives international students direct access to the second year. It is open to international students who have completed predominantly scientific studies at a level equivalent to the first year of master’s studies, or who are currently completing them. It is also open to international students who have earned French or international qualifications or degrees deemed to be equivalent by the examination committee. Only applications showing evidence of academic excellence will be selected by the examination committee.
There are several admissions pathways for this competitive entrance examination:
For more than 20 years, ParisTech colleges have been pooling international student admissions programs for their engineering programs alongside first-rate academic partners in their respective countries.
Three geographical areas are currently given priority:

- Other Asian regions and countries (Cambodia, South Korea, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam)

The AgreenMob program is open to international students who have been preselected in partner Senegalese universities and schools:
Dakar Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD);
Saint-Louis Gaston Berger University (UGB);
Thiès University and Polytechnic School.
It provides access to 11 Agreeniumhigher educational institutions that prepare students for engineering degrees.

Every dual degree program is organized according to precise specifications. Interested students should contact the department of international relations in their university for more information.
Students not applying via the ParisTech and AgreenMob application procedures or for a dual degree program must fill out the application package to be downloaded below in "Ressources". Selected candidates will be called in for a personal motivation interview. Applications are open from January to March. Results are announced in April.
