AgroParisTech welcomes four new international scholarship students
October 13 2025As the new academic year begins, AgroParisTech is strengthening its international appeal by welcoming four students from Colombia, Brazil, and Cameroon. Supported by scholarships from the AgroParisTech Foundation, they are joining the school’s engineering program and specialized courses.
A scholarship sponsored by the AgroParisTech Foundation
Since its creation, the AgroParisTech Foundation’s scholarship program has been a major strategic lever for strengthening the school’s international influence. Each year, these scholarships attract talented students from around the world, contributing to the diversity of the student body and enriching academic and cultural exchanges on campus. This program is part of a long-term strategy to make AgroParisTech a leading player in training future leaders in agricultural, food, and environmental transitions on a global scale. By removing the financial barriers that can hinder access to these programs, these scholarships give students the means to focus fully on their academic success and the development of their projects. The program is supported by partners, including the Eurofins Foundation and Forum Vitae, who share the vision of providing excellent education accessible to the best talent. Their contribution enables several international students to be supported each year and offers them the best conditions for success at AgroParisTech.
A selection based on excellence and commitment
The selection process for attractiveness scholarships is based on three fundamental criteria: the excellence of the candidates’ academic background, the consistency and ambition of their professional project, and the potential impact that this opportunity will have on their career path. This year, the four winners perfectly illustrate the diversity of profiles and expertise sought by AgroParisTech: from biotechnology applied to health to sustainable food engineering and land use planning. Three of them—Simón, Gleison, and Nina—began their second year of engineering studies on the Palaiseau campus in early September, where they were welcomed by the Foundation team and by Mateus and Maria, winners of the 2024 edition. Eunice joined the SILAT Specialized Master’s program on the Montpellier campus, bringing her expertise in urban planning and sustainable development.
Welcome to Gleison, Nina, Simón, and Eunice!
