Master 2 FEN : Practical information for your administrative registration

Online pre-registration for new comers to AgroParisTech :
Log on to the Pre-Registration Platform
Click on «Login», then in the «Use temporary account» section, fill in the login and password that you received on your e-mail.

This online platform allows you to complete your registration file, giving you the time to search for information you might miss, by consulting at any time your file and completing it as you wish.

After your online pre-registration, in the first week of school, you’ll have to bring your documents to the tuition service called DEP, meeting on August 31, at 9:30 am, with your tuition manager. The room will be confirmed to you later
An email will be sent to you late August to give you an appointment to come and meet the DEP service. Please do check your emails !

For your registration in Synapses, you must provide 

• The proof of your online payment ; if you didn’t pay online, you must pay by check, or payment by bank transfert when you open a bank account in Nancy
  You can also do a bank transfer of the amount, specifying as reason for transfer : surname-first name-Master1 or Master 2-Course title. Bank details of AgroParisTech

Erasmus-mundus and Campus-France scholars are not affected by the payment of registration fees.

• (CVEC) : The proof of your payment of the «Contribution vie étudiante et campus» : 95€.
To obtain your certificate, log in here (online payment).
Erasmus-mundus students are exempt, but you must obtain the CVEC certificate and file it in Synapses.

And the following documents

• A recent, in colour identity photograph with no object hiding head,eyes or hair (no selfie allowed)
• A copy of your ID : identity card (E.U. members), passport, the original must be presented on the registration day
• updated CV (of the baccalaureate to date (or year of transition from secondary education to higher education))
• Copy of your diplomas which justifiy your admission in the master program
  PLEASE NOTE : for foreign diplomas, you must show the original diploma and its French official translation established by a sworn translator
• For students receiving a scholarship (Campus France, foreign government scholarship … ) produce the official certificate on the registration day.
• Civil liability certificate for academic year 2022-2023 It covers you for the damage you cause to others in your private life and in your student life
  You can get a private insurance or by the student mutual insurance MGEL ; or LMDE ; or HEYME.
  According to insurance or mutual insurance, the certificates of civil liability may be different depending on the request : civil liability for school and out-of-school life, or the housing of the residence (registration in september in France)

For Erasmus-Mundus students, if you already have a private health insurance covering you in France for the year 2022/2023, please provide a copy.
But don’t forget to get an insurance for your housing.

• Sport : A medical certificate on your ability to practice sports
  (if you intend to subscribe to AgroParisTech Sports Association)

Social security in France pour les étudiants venant de l’étranger : website à lire
In anticipation of your arrival in France for your studies, you must request your affiliation to French social security by registering on the dedicated website «Ameli» foreign students of the Health Insurance.

VLS-TS validation after arrival in France - click here- :
Within 3 months of your arrival in France, you must validate your VLS-TS and pay a fee which is added to the visa fees.
