Designing an educational tour on Grignon farm
Being in the Parisian region, the Grignon farm faces multiple problems (agricultural practices, transportation…). Nevertheless, it also benefits from its location by allowing good communication with the general public. Thus, the idea was to take advantage of this location and design an educational tour on agriculture, food, energy, and greenhouse gas issues. In 2007 a proposal will be done in order to create an educational tour for 2008. The design will rely on a comparative study of already existing creations and on the evaluation of the milk tour which was set up in Grignon a few years ago.
