The campus and the main sites for classes
The majority of classes take place at AgroParisTech, located in the heart of the Latin Quarter in Paris. In this same neighborhood you will have some classes and practical work in chemistry at ENSCP and l’ESPCI In the neighborhood the street names recall the great men and women of French scientific discovery. Other pedagogical obligations will take you to different areas of Paris (classes and practical work at ENSTA) or certain suburbs (coursework at ENPC at Marne-la-Vallée and at the Fountainebleau campus of ENSMP.
Technological and library support
For the first semesters of training, the students will have access to the specialized equipment of the schools : computer rooms, modeling and simulation software, a multimedia room for languages and the use of the intranet and internet network, as well as both traditional and on-line libraries.
Perfecting your language skills
For foreign students not having reached level IV on the Test d’évaluation de Français (TEF) of the Chambre de Commerce de Paris (see http://www.fda.ccip.fr/sinformer/tef/), there will be obligatory language courses the length of which will depend on the score obtained on the Test d’évaluation de Français (TEF). ParisTech already has arrangements for a fee which are open to master’s students, thus meeting this need without interfering with the regular schedule of classes.

Coming to study in France requires preparation, and to assist you before your departure, we advise you to read attentively the information given in the section on administrative formalities of the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. On your arrival in France, we will help you as best we can to deal with the administrative formalities.

Housing
To facilitate your stay, AgroParisTech offers foreign students enrolled in this master’s the possibility of renting a room in one of the two residences which it has in Paris and a neighboring suburb. The quite new apartments in the René Dubos residence offer contemporary comfort while the Maison de l’INA offers the charm of the international campus, la Cité Universitaire Internationale de Paris. Each residence is accessible by public transport (Bus or Metro) and less than 15 minutes away from AgroParisTech.
Cultural and sports life
Cultural (theater clubs, visits, student evenings, etc.) and sports life (facilities, training and competition) is open to students of the master’s program. You will have access to different sports activities (aquatic, fitness, athletics, dance, pair and team sports, etc.) at the international campus of the Cité Universitaire and close to your residence.
